About

When not working in the theater, Peyton is an avid painter and multimedia artist; she especially loves designing and fabricating puppets. She is also an experienced rock climber and rock climbing instructor who loves camping and exploring the outdoors!

She graduated with a BA in Theater Production and Design at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film & Television. She has designed for several theaters throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

As an artist, her mission is to support the art of marginalized, especially BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. She believes that these stories enhance the human experience, instill empathy and help us to see the world in new ways.

Peyton is currently based in San Diego, CA. Connect with her on Instagram @pwhitesidedesign
